Welcome to TripDaily. By using our website and app you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. This is a demonstration platform; these terms are provided as a template.

1. Using TripDaily

You must be at least 18 to make a booking. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Don’t misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

2. Bookings & payments

When you book an experience, hotel or table, you enter into an agreement with the listing provider. Prices, availability and cancellation terms are shown before you confirm. Payments are processed by our payment partners.

3. Reviews & content

You may post reviews and photos of places you’ve genuinely visited. Content must be honest and respectful. We may remove content that is fraudulent, offensive or violates these terms.

4. Listings & hosts

Businesses that list on TripDaily are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for honouring bookings. We may unpublish listings that breach our policies.

5. Liability

TripDaily provides the platform “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts of listing providers or for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
